New Years Eve 2013 bookings (december 27 to january 03) we require a minimum stay of 5 nights. We also charge an extra 40% before arrival on your booking deposit for reconfirmation (payable by paypal or through a bank deposit). This amount will be discounted from the total due on your arrival. If we don't receive your deposit in 48hrs your reservation WILL BE CANCELLED and the deposit lost.
Carnival 2013 bookings (february 8 to 12) there is a minimum of 5 nights required. BUS: Take the 011 Bus and drop at Mem de Sa Street, after the Archs. Then walk till Gomes Freire Av. and turn right.
CAB: Costs around BRL 15.
From the SDU Airport (domestic):
BUS:Walk 5 min till you leave the airport and go to Geneal Justo Av.
Take the 238 Bus till Mem de Sa street, after the Archs. Then walk till Gomes Freire Av. and turn right. (Ask around! If it's too late at night, take a cab!!)
CAB: Costs around BRL 12.
From the GIG Airport (international):
BUS: Take Real line 2018 at the airport and ask to drop at Rio Branco Av. the closest to Gomes Freire Av. and then walk around 5 min.

Located Near
Lapa's street party is around the corner and during the day, you can walk to museums, cultural centers and fairs. Lots of restaurants in walking distance for those who want to spare or spend. Close to the subway where you can easily access the beach. Closer to the airports and bus station. To the tourist maniacs (by bus): 20 min to Christ, the Redeemer; 30 min to Sugar Loaf; 40 min to Bothanical Garden.
