Built in the beginning of the last century by a polish embassador, the house had its arquiteture preserved till today and presents details rarely found in this days constructions. There are many details that make this house a fascinant place! We have dorm rooms for 8 to 10 people with box beds (no double beds) and private rooms for up to 5 people. The Pura Vida Hostel is located 2 minutes ( walking) from the most famous beach in the world, Copacabana Beach! and about 5 blocks from Ipanema Beach wich is known for its inspiration for Bossa-Nova music and a reference in Brazilian Fashion! From the Airport: take a taxi cab to Copacaban Beach, Posto 6, Saint Roman street is located between N.S. Copacabana Street and Raul Pompéia Street. This property has specific Terms & Conditions.During this New Year's Eve 2011/2012 work with a package deal for 4 nights, from day to day 28/12/2011 to 01/01/2012.
During this time, the four nights is the minimum. We can not break this package, OK?
The package includes, besides the normal inclusions (breakfast, internet), a meal for new year eve and party after.
As for the charge to guarantee the reservation of this package, we will charge the 50% figure for the total.
So we ask you to be charged, as ever, the rate of site (10%) and to confirm the booking, the customer contact the hostel so we can collect the remaining 40% and confirm the reservation.
These 40% will not be returned in case of cancellation, under any circumstances.

From the Airport and the Bus Station: You can get the REAL bus that goes to Copacabana. It�s a blue bus and it costs around R$10,00. Stop at S� Ferreira Street, post 5 at Copacabana Beach.
Or book a transfer and we will pick you up!
Subway:
Direction Zona Sul, get off on General Osorio Station and walk to Sa Ferreira Street exit. Than walk one block to Saint Roman Street.
