A two-story Swiss-style colonial house built in an area of 5.000m2 with a recreation area with barbecue, pool, ping pong, foosball, sauna and steam room, a network for volleyball, swimming and data show. Our common area also has a music room and two living rooms one with cable TV with 52 inch and the other with a fireplace.

We have parking and no restrictions on time of arrival or departure. We also have Wi-Fi throughout the house. The breakfast is included in the room and we are keen to offer a very complete breakfast (three to four kinds of cold cuts, eggs, hot dogs, two kinds of juice, fruit, cakes, pastas, hot and cold milk, biscuit. ...) We provide towels and bedding and the rooms are cleaned daily.

All our rooms have satellite TV and air conditioning and the suites have a bath. The shared rooms consist of bunk beds and there is a suite with 12 beds (6 bunks), one with 6 beds (3 bunks), a room with 6 beds (3 bunks) plus balcony and one with 5 beds (2 bunk beds and a bed). Besides these there are two private suites with 4 beds (1 double bed and one bunk bed) and one double suite with king size bed and balcony, and very soon will make available two more suites.

We are in front of an exuberant mountain. It is the least urbanized area of the city but close to places for big events such as Rio Convention Center, Olympic Village, HSBC Arena and the Rock in Rio. We are located 5 km (less than 10 min.) from the beach Recreio and close to beaches being protected ecological reserves (Prainha and Grumari). It is a few kilometers from Barra da Tijuca, a place full of nightclubs chimes.

If you have to cancel your booking, you must do it at least 48hrs before arrival.

If you book between December 15th and March 15th you will be charged 50% in advance in order to secure your booking (non refundable).
You also may be contacted by the property requesting the CVV code of the credit card used for this booking or asked for a deposit.

This also applies if your booking is during a national holiday, New Year´s eve or Carnival.
