We also have a wonderful lounge where you can sit back with a good book, listen to music or just sit back and relax. We have built many connections with local tour agencies and guides and are happy to go out of our way to help you plan your journey. We provide for our guests breakfast, wireless internet, and cleaning services all free of charge. Fully equipped kitchen is also at your disposal anytime outside of breakfast hours. If you have to cancel your booking, you must do it at least 48hrs before arrival. Private Transfer can be organized for you from the following locations to our front door:
R$ 75 from GIG international airport.
R$ 60 from SDU domestic airport.
R$ 45 from the bus station (rodoviaria).
Public Transportation from GIG or SDU:
Take the blue tourist bus located to the left when exiting the airport. Take the tourist bus (R$12) that services Praia do Flamengo. Confirm with the bus driver when boarding he passes near Largo do Machado and he will notify you when to get off. Walk to Largo do Machado,if you cant find it ask someone they will know. When you have arrived at Largo do Machado look for the big church located at the far end of the square. In front of the church you will find two vans. Take the van that has Silvestre written on the side (R$ 2.50). Ask the driver to let you off on the corner of Julio Otoni and Alexandrino. House is located on left hand side when standing on Julio Otoni facing Alexandrino.
This option is not recommended for guests with large amounts of baggage.
If not coming from the airport please follow directions from Largo do Machado.
Taxi
There are a variety of taxi companies that service Santa Teresa from all Rio airports and bus terminals. In general Taxis are more expensive then our provided transfer service though during times of low traffic they may be slightly cheaper.

Rio Palazzo is conveniently located near all the major tourist hotspots, restaurants, and bars of Rio & public transportation can be easily accessed just seconds from our doorstep nearly 24 hours a day. Ipanema and Copacabana beaches are only 15 minutes away by taxi & can be easily reached via public transportation as well. The nearest Metro stop is only 5 minuets away, the easiest way to navigate the city. Lapa, the best place to experience the bohemian spirit of Rio is only 10 minutes away.
