Our check-in time is anytime, but please inform us prior if you scheduled arrival time is after 10pm. Our check-out time is 10am.
Late check-outs may be available upon prior arrangement; please liaise with the Management team to discuss this option. A fee may be applied for guests checking out after 10am who has not made prior arrangement .
Payment must be made at the check in. Extension of the stay must be made until 10 am and paid immediately in order to secure your bed.
GUEST BEHAVIOUR
It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure that his/her behaviour does not detrimentally affect the comfort or safety of other guests or visitors in the building. Management has the right to eject guests from the building if it is deemed that his/her behaviour is inappropriate and any accommodation charges previously levied will not be refunded.

>From the bus terminal (Rodovi�ria) catch the bus 133 to Largo do Machado, get off the bus on the last stop of Mario Portela Street. The hostel is on the street parallel to the left. Or catch the buses 497 or 498 and get off the bus on Rua das Laranjeiras.
>From Tom Jobim Airport (International Airport) catch the bus Linha Real Auto Premium (R$12,00) which drops you at Pra�a da Cinel�ndia, in the centre of Rio, in front of the metro station. From here you can catch the metro (R$3,20) towards Zona Sul and get off at the station Largo do Machado. From there you can chose whether to catch the metro bus (�nibus do Metr� R$4,15) which passes right by the hostel, or you can walk 15 minutes. Another option is to catch the bus Linha Real Auto Premium (Via Orla Zona Sul) get off the bus on Flamengo Beach (Praia do Flamengo), near Machado de Assis Street. Walk this street until you get Largo do Machado square. There you can chose whether to catch the metro bus (�nibus do Metr� R$4,15) which passes right by the hostel, or you can walk 15 minutes through Rua das Laranjeiras to reach Rua Alice.
>From Santos Dumont Ariport (Domestic Airport) catch the bus 498 or 422 in General Justo street (you have to cross the main street outside the airport), get off the bus in Rua das Laranjeiras, near to Rua Alice, and walk less than 5 minutes.

Samba Palace Hostel is located in Laranjeiras, an excellent central spot for those who intend to explore Rio and not just the beaches. It has plenty of stores, banks, drugstores, bakeries, night clubs and restaurants. It is 20 minutes by bus from Copacabana, Ipanema, Leblon and at the same time not far from the famous Lapa night life. It is 15 min walking distance from the subway, there you can easily go to Copacabana or Ipanema in 15 minutes or downtown where Lapa is located in 10 minutes.
