Nice and friendly staff, reception open 24/7. The double room was good, more of a small hotel room. The breakfast was not worth it, just a piece of bread, biscuits and coffee. Location near the station but a little too far too walk to the city centre.

The location is good - also the stuff very friendly and helful. But don't let u influence by pictures in the internet. Only the reception is looking well. The rest is ugly, noisy and the bathrooms - cleaned once a month..??

I don't understand this place...I booked Hostel Termini, but ended up staying in a Stargate Hostel room. Not that it was bad - it was clean. Note that there is NO internet as claimed, unless you count walking down the street to a partner internet point and getting 15 minutes free.

Our group honestly had a very, very bad experience. Our room assignment got screwed up and we ended up in a room that didn't have a lock on the door. Real safe, right? The staff promised that no one else would be assigned to the room though, which we thought would make up for it. So we just put a trash can in front of the door when we went to sleep so we could at least hear someone trying to come steal our stuff. Come 3 AM a stranger barges into the and turns on the light and scares the crap out

This hostel is rather nice, the staff are polite and the cleanliness is ok. But location isn't really good because if you are coming back from the center of the city to get the hostel it's neñessary to pass the Termini railway station where are a lot of homeless people and immigrants. So it's not pleasant place to walking by in the evening.
