M&J Hostel opened in 1995 and has the best location in Rome. We’re a two-minute walk from Termini Station and shuttle buses to/from airports and we’re just walking distance to main sites.

Our hostel is good value for money, with many facilities and amenities for the right price!

We have dorms as well as luxury zen-style private hotel rooms in the heart of Rome. Rooms include free fresh linen and are non-smoking.

In the private rooms we offer extra services like TV with international channels, computer with free internet access, air conditioning, an energy-saving system for electricity, towels and a laptop-sized safe box.

Not all rooms have the same services included in the price. Air conditioning is only available in the private rooms.

So wake up and enjoy a hot shower, grab a buffet breakfast in our café and chat with your friends on our free Wi-Fi and communal computers. This all-you-can-eat breakfast is only €3 and features over 20 different products.

Guests can use our fully equipped kitchen between 3pm and 10pm.

Discover the city on our free maps and see the sights on our tours. We’ve got information on other hostels and destinations in Italy available any time of day or night.

Take advantage of our no-lockout and be ready to meet people in our common room, open until late. You may end up with them for a drink! You can stay out all night as our reception is open 24 hours with no curfew.

We also have great discounts at The Living Room Café, our lively bar and restaurant on the ground floor. So, if you’re craving a cappuccino and croissant, pasta, salad or pizza, it’s the place to be for breakfast, lunch and dinner or a cold beer or cocktail with friends in the evening. Also, we have a special selection of homemade Italian desserts and pastries, including a mouth-watering tiramisu.

Our services include 24hr hot showers, towel rental (€2) and a small safe deposit box. The luggage room is available for free from your arrival until 9pm on your departure day, even after you check out.

We offer discounts at local businesses, including the Laundromat, scooter rental, bars, clubs, tours and more. Tours of the city and the Vatican are available for a small fee and we can also arrange a taxi to or from the airport for only €50, on request.

And...if it’s your birthday, we’ll give you a nice surprise gift!

Near the hostel you can find all kinds of shops like supermarkets, ice-cream places, pharmacies, travel agencies, newspaper stands, bookstores, museums, parks, clothes stores, call centres, and more.
