However the center is only 10 kms away and is very easy to access.The property belongs to Imara FoundationIt is located in a very quiet neighborhood ideal to rest, ride a bicycle, walk of lay under the sun. To access by car you need to take the Circunvalación Avenue which is the avenue that surrounds the city from south to north. You have to head to the north end of the Avenue where the Rosario Victoria Bridge starts. Right before the bridge starts you have to get off the avenue until you reach the Rondeau Avenue, 200 meters afterwards.From there you are only 7 blocks away. You have to take Rondeau Avenue to your right until you reach the first traffic light and turn to your left. Drive only 4 blocks and you will be there.
Located Near
The north zone of the city is called La Florida. It is a neighborhood of 1 floor houses with big open green spaces and little traffic. It is a residential zone with no noises. We are located 200 meters from the beach in a high zone, about 30 meters above the river level.
