Train: When you are at Central Station take tram 7, 8 or the subway and follow the directions below.
The cheapest option is of course to walk from Central Station to our hostel, which is a 15 - 20 minute walk and just straight on in direction of the River (see map for detailed directions).
Tram 7 direction Willemsplein: Get off the tram at stop Westerstraat in front of café LOOS (ask the tramdriver, if you're not sure) and then take a short stroll in the direction that you came. The building with the little green dome is ROOM Rotterdam!
Subway: Take the metro in south direction and get off at station 'Leuvehaven'. From the exit walk towards the Erasmusbridge and at the crossing go to the right to the Westzeedijk. At the first trafficlights go to the left to the Scheepstimmermanlaan. After about 200 metres you will find ROOM Rotterdam on the Van Vollenhovenstraat.
By car coming from Den Haag: If you're coming from Den Haag then you are driving on the A13. At Rotterdam take the A20 to Utrecht and stay on the right so you immediately exit the highway (exit 14). At the trafficlight you now must go to the right in the direction of the city center (Centrum). Keep on driving until you are at the big roundabout called 'Hofplein'. There you go straight on over the Coolsingel and the Schiedamsedijk (about 1.1 kilometres) until you reach the trafficlights in front of the Erasmusbridge. Go right here, then go to the left at the first lights and drive for about 200 metres. On your left hand you can can find ROOM Rotterdam.
By car coming from Utrecht: Driving on the A12 from Utrecht take the A20 to Rotterdam. From the A20 you then go the A16 in the direction of Breda and stay on the right there. On the A16 take exit number 25 - Rotterdam Centrum - and go to the right at the trafficlights. Go straight on for about 3 kilometres over the Maasboulevard, and the Boompjes until you've reached the crossing in font of the Erasmusbridge. Go straight on here as well and at the first trafficlight you go left. After about +/- 200 metres ROOM Rotterdam is on your left.
By car coming from Den Bosch: Riding the A15 you take the A16 in the direction of Utrecht when you are at Rotterdam. Stay on the right so you can take exit 25 to the center (Centrum). At the trafficlight you then go to the left to the city center. Then see 'Coming from Utrecht'.
