Our hotel is in a monumental city building, close to public transport.

This property has specific Terms & Conditions.Tourist tax of 4.5% is not included in the rates and will be due at check-in. Payment due upon arrival.
Please note that an 8% surcharge applies to all credit card payments as well for non refundable rooms.

If you will be checking in later than 6pm, you must let us know ahead of time, via email or phone. For all late arrivals we need a valid credit card.
We have a 48hr cancellation policy. Written cancellations only, please. No-shows shall be charged for the first night plus 8%. If you want to change your booking you must do it at least 8 days before arrival.
We can add an extra bed for 15 Euro per night.
Public parking in front of the hotel is possible (reservation is not needed) and costs 10 Euro per day. Free parking from 5.30pm to 10 and on Sundays.

From Rotterdam Central Station: until 8pm
Take tram 4 (in the direction of Schiedam). Get off at the 'Ruilstraat' stop. Walk into the Duyststraat and follow this street (about 250 metres). At the end of the street turn left and you see the hotel.
If later as 20.00 hours take the metro stop coolhaven. Direction to Marconiplein.
From Amsterdam, The Hague, Delft, Gouda or Hoek of Holland:
Exit the motorway at the 'Kleinpolderplein' junction (exit 13a 'Blijdorp') and follow the signs for Delfshaven. Keep following this road. After a while you will see water. Keep following this water until you see a crossing with a bridge ('Lage Erfbrug'). Drive straight ahead and after 200 metres you will see the hotel on your left-hand side.
From Paris, Antwerp, Breda or Dordrecht:
Follow the directions for 'Ring Rotterdam Zuid' ('Beneluxtunnel'). Take exit 19a ('Zuidplein'). Follow the directions for 'Zuidplein/Ahoy' and then follow the signs to the Maastunnel. On your way you will pass several traffic lights. When you come out of the Maastunnel stay in the right lane. When you see a petrol station on both sides turn left at the traffic lights. You are then on the Rochussentraat. Drive straight ahead and 200 metres after the traffic light you will see Hotel Baan on your right-hand side.
