Cancellation up to 96 hours notice - full refund of the total amount deposited. Cancellation 96 to 48 hours in advance - 50% refund of the total amount deposited. Cancellation less than 48 hours notice - no refund.High Season (January, February and December - Special Packages except Holidays). Cancellation up to 15 days notice - full refund of the total amount deposited. Cancellation 14-8 days prior to departure - 50% refund of the total amount deposited. Cancellation less than 8 days in advance - no refund.Special Packages (Reveillon, Carnival): Up to 30 days in advance, full refund After this deadline no refund. Upon arrival and room occupancy in case of early departure, in any reservation, whether or not the package will be charged the full amount of the booking period. In the case of special packages, there is no 'break' package, and the package must be paid in full even if the guest has not enjoyed all that appeared daily in the package booked. If the room is not occupied and (a) guest wish to cancel your reservation upon arrival, the amount deposited will not be refunded. The (a) provide guest can always be replaced by another (a) guest under the same conditions on the same date.In case of No Show, which is the non-attendance of (a) entry in the guest reserved the vacancy will remain available for 24 hours from the time of entry. After this time the reservation is canceled and no refund of the deposit. Reservations and Rates start at 14:00 and end of the day always at noon the next day, regardless of the time of check-in. There you can take a city bus between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m., 'Barra R2' or 'Pça de Sé' (air conditioned).
