By cab or bus from the airport or bus station head for the Centro Historico and Praca de Se to enter Saude from Pelourinho Cross Pelourinho to the neighborhood of Saude.
Head for Baixa Sapaterios (runs between the neighborhoods of Saude and Pelourinho) and enter Saude at Ladeira da Saude go straight to the square and the church then take a right next to the German Consulate.
