Buses run frequently from Buenos Aires to Areco (AR$21, two hours). General Belgrano, which leaves from the Don Seguno café, and Chevallier, which leaves from its small bus terminal (453904), are located almost next to each other on RN 8. Both serve as the town's bus terminal. A few long-distance services are available, including ones to Córdoba (AR$56, 10 hours) and Mendoza (AR$107, 12 hours).
