The security is very poor. I think the hostel needs a guard or something, because one of the hotel guests gave me the security code for the door before I had even checked in!!! A great hostel to stay if you wanna be next to the beach in a very cool location in San Diego. I stayed in a 6 dorm room and it was tiny for 6 people, also was very hot, just had a small window and a ceiling fan. The staff is cool and always trying to make fun events, people are very friendly and get together really well. The only hostel I stayed in San Diego. Good to stay few nights, at least for me.
