I felt itchy all night in bed and couldn't fall asleep.

The location is great, no complaints. The people at the desk were very helpful, and they have all sorts of toiletries for sale if you forget something ($1 razors). They had free earplugs which I fortunately did not need. The breakfast consisted of a few varieties of bagels, toast, and juice. Simple, but, as far as I could tell, no limit on portions. There is a $0.05 per min fee to use the internet on their computers ($2 minimum), but I think the internet is free if you have a computer

This is without a doubt the worst hostel I have ever stayed in. The first night I was there I was bitten by bugs about 20 times, the second night another 10 (I sprayed insect repellent over the whole bed/room). We asked to be moved and was told we would have to wait to check into our new room which was reasonable, but when we did check in the room still hadn't been cleaned so what was the point in making us wait. The second room was even more disgusting that the first, and we were put in a room

We had a really lovely time. Our room (a private double) was very charming, and the staff were very friendly. Thanks very much.
