Union Square Backpacker's Hostel in San Francisco, United States

the location is perfekt (1min from union square). but it isnt really clean and you get no towel or something else. breakfast: cant write anything, we eat at diners or something else, not in the hostel. the room was ok, the best on it was the TV (we had a 2person room, not a dorm) and we lived in 1st floor. free internet is great, but you cant print... no 2nd time possible for me there... The place was disgusting, stuff in the corridors which felt like a fire risk. The location was down a seedy alley in a dodgy area of town (although close to the shops). There were couples in the room, not something I want to deal with! The staff were unhelpful. There was no security on the front door, despite being in such an unsafe area.
