Filthy as hell! The room was awful!

it is hard to find staff for help other than the one who is on his computers in lounge all the time. hallways fire exits seem to have construction material and personal belongings stored at all times. the location is unbeatable. the breakfast is not the same every day so you may be disappointed at times. one staff seemed to be causing all others problems in every way possible. not too much to do inside the hostel. being the cheapest in the area that is acceptable.

good staff, good location, good breakfast, good beds, tv in room. good for price.

Stayed there because it was cheap but it's the most depressing hostel I've ever stayed at. Communal area too small, one of staff extremely rude to me for no reason (though one member of staff I quite liked to be fair). Staff take up all the space in the kitchen/lounge/internet area - which was tiny anyway.

The cheapest hostel in San Fran. The place shows it.
