From Florence - Highway A1 - exit at FIRENZE SIGNA. Then take the highway FI-PI-LI (Firenze - Pisa - Livorno) in direction of Pisa. Then go to Livorno and exit at GINESTRA FIORENTINA. Follow the signs to Montespertoli, and then to Castelfiorentino. here you will find the signs to Montaione.
From ROMA Highway A1 - exit at VALDICHIANA and continue to Siena and then to Firenze. Exit at POGGIBONSI and follow the signs to Castelfiorentino - Certaldo. Here you have to follow to Montaione.
