btw, gps coordinatesl are:

Taxi from the airport available 24/7. Approximated price (up to 4 people) $25 US.

*Buses at the airport come by about every 30 minutes from 6:00am to 8:00pm during regular working days (Mondays to Saturdays)
*During Holidays every 60 minutes. No service on Sundays. Oversize backpacks may not be allowed.
*Cost per ride is $00.75; coins only (no bills)

-Go to the upper level (departure terminal) of the Luis Munoz Marin International airport and ask for the bus stop location. (Some changes so you want to ask about the bus stop location).
-Once at the bus stop, take bus route # T-5 to Santurce, (Bus Stop 22; near the Centro de Bellas Artes, Luis A. Ferre; LANDMARK).
-Upon getting off at Bus Stop 22, the bus will be facing West so try to identify 4 cardinal points (North, South, East, West). This will help you to identify where to go.
-Out of the bus you want to walk West at that same road, PR Rd 25 / Juan Ponce de Leon Ave. (sidewalk in where you just step out). Keep going to the first traffic light you will see. Once at the traffic light use the pedestrian path to cross to the south sidewalk. Be careful; buses coming from west
are running against traffic in the South exclusive lane. At that intersection/traffic light, look for a street running north/south named Lloveras that you want to take.
-Take Lloveras street South until the next traffic light, (PR Rd 25 or Manuel Fernandez Juncos Ave.). Check for the yellow building in front of you, (left side); “La Ultima Parada”. Cross the Manuel Fernandez Juncos Ave. (Lloveras St. name change to Avelino Vicente St.), and keep going straight (South) forward, to your second RIGHT onto Calle America.

The hostel will be on your left almost at the end of the block. 1452 Calle America. Look for the simulated red carpet also for the red, blue and white iron gate and just ring the bell.

btw, gps coordinates are:

*If using gps in addition to above provided coordinates, could you search for America cross Lafayette streets (intersection). No gps?

-From the Luis Munoz Marin International airport take San Juan exit; (PR Rd. 26 West). Once at PR Rd. 26 West, (after some 4 kilometers), look for the sign “Calle San Jorge, Calle Del Parque, Avenida De Diego”, (only one sign/exit for all three).

-Take that exit and keep going to the 3rd traffic light (Avenida De Diego). Turn left (South) there.

-Once at Avenida De Diego keep going South to next/first, traffic light (PR Rd 25 same as Juan Ponce de Leon Ave.) and take a right (West) there. Try to stay on your left line. NOTE: the very left/south line at this road is an exclusive lane for buses so the closer one to it is the one you want to take.

-Once at Juan Ponce de Leon Ave go to the very first traffic light and make a LEFT at the second street. Check for the big wall with graffity. NOTE: this intersection can be a little tricky. There are two left turns here. The first left turn will put you onto the highway. DO NOT turn here. The second left Lloveras St. is immediately after the first and will take you South toward the hostel.

-Take Lloveras street South until the next traffic light, (PR Rd 25 same as Manuel Fernandez Juncos Ave.). Check for the yellow building in front of you (left side), “La Ultima Parada”. Cross the Avenida Manuel Fernandez Juncos (Lloveras St name change to Avelino Vicente St.), and keep going straight (South) forward to your second RIGHT onto Calle America.

The hostel will be on your left almost at the end of the block. 1452 Calle America. Look for the simulated red carpet also for the red, blue and white iron gate and just ring the bell.
