- A Visa or Mastercard credit card number is required to hold a reservation, but you will not be charged until your arrival date. The front desk accepts cash, AMEX, Visa or Mastercard credit cards for payment at the hostel.
- To cancel or change a reservation without penalty, 48 hour notice is required. The credit card will be charged one night if there is a no show or a late cancellation.
- The maximum online reservation is 4-days, however you may be able to extend your stay after arrival.
- Dorm rooms are intended for international travelers who upon check-in may be asked to present a valid non-US passport, OR for US citizens a valid student ID along with another form of legal-ID OR a current US Passport together WITH a current out-of-state (non-CA) government issued ID (such as driver's license).
- However there are no requirements to stay in our private rooms.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, and will refund those refused.
- Bed arrangements and dorm groups to be in the same room can be requested but not guaranteed.
- People under the age of 18 are not permitted to stay in a dorm room, and must be accompanied by a parent or chaperone if staying in a private room. Thank you!

From Greyhound: Walk NE towards N. Milpas Street. Turn right on Milpas. Located at 111 N. Milpas, right past E Yanonall St.
From Amtrak:
Walk north up State St to Guiterrez St and turn right.
Follow Guiterrez St to North Milpas St and turn right.
We are 2 and half blocks south from Guiterrez on the right.

1. Start out going southeast on Fowler Rd toward WM L Moffett Pl. 0.2
2. Turn right onto WM L Moffett Pl. 0.4 mi
3. WM L Moffett Pl becomes Sandspit Rd. 0.4 mi
4. Take the CA-217 E ramp. 0.08 mi
5. Merge onto Ward Memorial Blvd/CA-217 N. 1.8 mi
6. Merge onto US-101 S via the exit on the left toward Santa Barbara.8.4 mi
7. Take the Milpas St exit, EXIT 96A.0.2 mi
8. Turn left onto S Milpas St/CA-144 N.0.05 mi
9. Enter next roundabout and take the 2nd exit onto S Milpas St.0.2 mi
