It is a very cold hostel - maybe you could install some heating? I suggest that you offer people towels to rent. Maybe reading lights in the dorms? You need a time limit for parties on the roof as we were kept awake until 7am in the morning because of noise. Breakfast disappointing - only offering toast. Maybe some fruit and yoghurt too?
