Firstly, they never replied to our e-mails requesting information about the shuttle service from the airport. Secondly, we never got to stay in the hotel as they had given our room away! We were left stranded at the airport with no accommodation after having paid the deposit in good faith, and then they were rude to us on the phone and hung up when we called to ask where the shuttle would pick us up from!
