Our resort, made up of 11 apartments, lies on the rolling hills at the foot of mount San Calogero. Finished in 2007 it lies right in our beautiful privately owned area of 25,000 qm ( 29.899 square yard, 6.17 acre ) - an ideal location for relaxing strolls or revitalizing sports. With a view on the sea, the apartments are situated in the macchia: the typical bushland environment of the mediterranean sea, immersed in the green of the olive trees and surrounded by a thousand colours of nature. Apartments for 4: are two room apartments: one bedroom with a double bed and 2 sofa beds for 1 person each in the living room. Apartments for 6: apartment with 3 room: 2 rooms with a double bed each and and 2 sofa beds for 1 person each in the living room. The price for every apartment already includes taxes expenses for water, electricity and gas heating and/or air conditioning linen for bed and bathroom iron and ironing board hair dryer and hair iron TV beach umbrella and two beach chairs. Parking lots in close proximity of the housing units The change of linen and the cleaning will be carried out once a week. Cehck in: 17:00-19:00, if you arrive after 19:00 please contact us prior arrival. Check out 10:00 AM Deposit (mandatory): 150 EUR at receipt of the keys, will be returned at departure.
