One of the worse hostels I have stayed at. Maybe it is normal, but I have never had to make the bed before when linen is provided. Also, said linen had some red substance on it that looked enough like blood for me ask for new linen. The shower area was gross, but this may have been more a function of my dormmates than the hostel itself. Quite a distance from the nearest subway stop and not near much at all. Nice but dull. A fine hostel if you want to stay in Pudong and can sleep through construction work kicking off at 7 every morning. There's a strip of bars with decent happy hours and an ATM down to the left but otherwise you'll be needing the metro to get everywhere. Peter, from Ireland ~ 28th Oct 2009
