If you wish to check in before 3pm it's subjected to bed availability unless the bed is pre-blocked one night in advance, for which the charge of an additional full day will be levied on the confirmed bed rate. Pre-blocked arrangements are subject to bed availability.
All guests are required to check-out by 12pm. Guests may choose to extend their stay at S$10/hour.
Arrangements for luggage storage is available at no extra cost and guests are welcome to enjoy the communal lounge areas until their departure time.
We have a 48hr cancellation policy. Late cancellations and no-shows shall be charged the equivalent of the first two night's accommodation.
Reception hours: 9am-10pm daily. Should you be arriving at the hostel before/after reception opening hours or should there be any changes to your time of arrival, please inform us by email, prior to your arrival.
Your bed will be held for up to three hours after the stated time of arrival at the hostel, and will thereafter be released.
A refundable deposit of $20 is required upon check-in, for a set of keycard and locker key. This will be returned upon check-out.
A 20% non-refundable deposit (of the total value of beds booked) is required to secure reservations during the peak season and any cancellations/no-show during these times requires at least 72 hours notice in advance, or will be subjected to a charge equivalent to three (3) nights stay on each bed reserved.
The hostel reserves the right to impose an early departure fee of one night's bed charge, should the guest failed to inform the hostel at least 48 hours prior to the actual departure date. We encourage our guests to confirm their actual departure date upon check-in with the front office to avoid any fee penalty.
Child/children below the age of 16 needs to be accompanied by an adult at all times. Child/children below the age of 12 are not allowed in the large dormitories.
For the safety and comfort of our guests, we reserve the right to refuse service to guests we deem are unsuitable - those under the influence of alcohol, abusive and/or violent.
Booking fees with Hostelworld are strictly non-refundable.
We recommend that any payment made at the point of arrival over the counter to be made in cash (Singapore dollars) as the bank levies additional charge of 5% for credit card/PayPal transactions.

Walk to Changi Airport Station.
Board the train towards Tanah Merah Station in about 4 min and alight at Tanah Merah Station, 2 stops later.
Board the train towards Joo Koon Station in about 4 min and alight at Tanjong Pagar Station, 11 stops later.
Take Exit B and head to Maxwell Road.
Turn left on Maxwell Road and walk past the Red Dot Museum.

Walk up a gentle slope to 39 Ann Siang Road (slightly to the right).

Walk to the bus stop at Opposite Golden Mile Tower, Nicoll Highway.

Board at Opposite Golden Mile Tower (80169), Nicoll Highway in about 7 min. Alight at Capitol Building, Stamford Road, 2 stops later.
Walk to City Hall Station.
Board the train towards Joo Koon Station in about 4 min and alight at Tanjong Pagar Station, 2 stops later.
Take Exit B and head to Maxwell Road.
