This is a great place to stay. They're just open and eager to do well. The upstairs chillout is a good place to hang and it's small enough that you don't seem like you are in some chop-shop backpacker. Tom, from USA ~ 21st Nov 2009

Staff was welcominging and helpful with regard to any questions we had. We were welcomed with a taste of ginga which was a welcome experiment. The hostel was a short and lovely walk to the Historic Center of Sintra, and the buses to the beaches pass right outside of the hostel's outer door. All other facilities were very nice and well maintained. Overall a great stay! Sarah, from USA ~ 2nd Oct 2009
