The Villa Benjamin youth property is located 110 kms from Budapest, on the south shore of Balaton, about 150 m from the lake, on Si�fok-Ez�stpart (Silwer Beach). You can get there from Budapest by train or by car on the motorway M7.People are wellcome individually or in groups. The property consist of several parts:-The main building can accomodate 23 people in total. It has 1 apartment with a living room, two bedrooms, own kitchen and bathroom for 5-6 people. Then there are rooms for 3, 4, 5 person with shared bathroom. -A separate old summer cottage with own bathroom, kitchen and garden for 10 people. It has 3 bedroom (two 3 beded and one 2 beded) and a living room with two etra beds. We have a car park, a garden, a place for barbecue, and a common kitchen. We recive the guests with great cordiality, young people and adults as well. |

The property lies 150 m from the lake at Siófok Ezüstpart. You can get there from Budapest by train or by car on the motorway M7. If you come by train you have to arrive to Balatonszeplak Felső train station. Attention! Not all the trains stop at this station! If you get off at Siofok station, you have to catch the local bus no.1 right near the train station. After about 10 min bus ride get off the bus at the post office in the Siofoki street (the street of Villa Benjamin). Otherwise it is a minimum 25 min walk from Siofok station.If you arrive to Balatonszeplak Felső train station it is only a few minutes walk. You start to walk towards the lake on Vécsey Károly street and Siofoki utca will be after 100m on the right. Villa Benjamin (9 Siófoki str.) will be on the right side of the street after about 150m. If you arrive by car on the M7 motorway, exit at "Siófok-Szekszard". You arrive to a round about, where you take the first exit towards "Siófok Centrum". Continue and when you see the Mc Donalds on the right, turn left (at OMV petrol station). Continue for about 1 km and then cross the railway to the right at Balatonszeplak Felső sign! Take Vécsey Károly street towards the lake and Siofoki utca will be after 100m on the right. Villa Benjamin (9 Siófoki str.) will be on the right side of the street after about 150m.

Siófok is very popular among young people, there are plenty of entertainment facilities in the area, like discos of good reputation.The free beach is in a few minutes walk. Supermarket, restauants, the railway station, bus stop, post office, discos are within easy reach. There are also possibilites for boat trips, horse riding, sailing, tennis, bowling, surfing, etc....
