You’re welcome to use our luggage storage facilities for free if you arrive early.Please contact the hostel after booking if you require check-in after 11.00pm.Check-out: 12 noon.When possible, we’re happy to facilitate early check-in and late check-out for a fee of €3.We have a 24hr cancellation policy. Cancellations and changes must be made by 2pm the day before scheduled arrival. Late cancellations and no-shows shall be charged the equivalent of the first night’s accommodation. We cannot change your reservation once you’ve arrived, sorry.We only accept cash; no credit cards.Rates do not include a 10% service charge, which shall be added to your balance upon arrival. There is also a €10 security deposit, payable in cash and refundable upon departure.

We provide a pick-up service by request for 4 Erous from Central Station and for 10 Euros from Airport, for up to 4 persons per ride. We will call you back to confirm the number of a cab on your cell phone.Otherwise:From Central Station:Walk for 20 minutes, going south on Maria Luisa Blvd then turn left on Graf Ignatiev Str. Stop at Slaveykov Square, close to corner with Solunska Str. You will see the monument of Slaveykov - a bench with two sitting metal statues. To the right of it there is a small tunnel with sign for 'Slaveykov Square 2' so get inside and you will find Nightingale Hostel. Just go up to the second floor.By public transport:Take tram#12 and get off on sixth stop. Turn a little back, go past the McDonalds restaurant and DM shop and turn left in the tunnel.From Airport:You can take bus #84 and get off on Gen. Gurko stop, across the Levski Blvrd using pedestrian underneath and follow on Gurko Str. Then turn left on Djakon Ignatij Str to the monument of Slaveykov and find out the small tunnel Slaveykov 2, next to DM shop.
