- take turn off R44 (Strand / Somerset West / Stellenbosch) (Exit 43)
- drive left in direction to Stellenbosch
- turn right into Main Road at the first crossroad
- drive left into Helderberg College Road
- turn left at the 4 stopp-crossroad into Old Stellenbosch road
- take the first street to the left Bordeaux Clove and immediately the next to the right
- this is Barlinka Ave. and the Southern Cross Guesthouse is after 200m at the right site
