Authentic small house in old part of Split. Located 150 meters west (less than 5 minutes walk) from Diocletians Palace & Riva, in Veli Varos.There is less than 200 meters from the Adriatic sea.
Its a typical Dalmation style accommodation with terrace,Garden, parking space & BBQ, at the foot of Marjan hill, 10-15 minutes walking distance from Split's beaches, 10 minutes walking to the Split's ACY marina and 5-10 min walking to the ferry, bus, and railway terminals.
The house has 2 Apartments: First one, on first floor is more exclusive, and better equiped (microwave,oven,dish-washer, washing machine,toaster, fridge,air-condition.) Has also a new bedroom with a king-size bed, one large and smaller wardrobe (plenty of space for 3 guests). The third bed is a large blue, comfortable futon in the living room.
On the photos, you can recognize the first floor apartment by turned on lights (living room & bed room).
The other apartment, located at the ground floor ia also well equiped (washing mashine, fridge, air.condition,etc).
Also has a large bedroom with duble bed. Third bed-futon is comfortable, and situated in the living room.
Both apartments have their own bathroom with bathtubs, and a well equiped kitchen. Both apartments
own a garden-terrace with tables /chairs.
