From main station, ferry and train station catch the bus 3 across green market in Poljud direction (behind is Karlovacka bank). Apartment is on 4th station. You need about 10 minutes by bus.
By car:
Follow the shopping center Joker, the apartment is 50 m away. You need about 5 minutes by car.
By foot:
You can go through green market. At the end of street (on the left side is Đardin park) turn left to Zagrebačka Street, than turn right to Livanjska Street. Just follow the street. On 3th cross with lights you have to go left and you will see the building. You need about 15 minutes on foot.
