Nevsky Prospect is the centre of cultural and social life of Saint-Petersburg. Museums, theatres, concert halls, libraries, caf's and restaurants are situated on the main street of the city.

Walking along Nevsky Prospect you can visit the oldest stores - Gostiny Dvor (Merchant Yard), The Passage, Eliseevsky Shop, Dom Knigi (central bookstore). Worshippers of dramatic art can visit Akimov theatre, Opera and Ballet House, Komissarzhevskaya Theatre or Aleksandrinsky Theatre on Ostrovsky's Square, where plays by Griboedov, Gogol and Ostrovsky were staged.

Behind Aleksandrinsky Theatre you can find the most symmetrical street of the city - Zodchiy Rossi st. (Architect Rossi st.). One can notice the Russian Museum on Art Square, where the greatest masterpieces of Russian painters are collected (among them Aivazovsky, Rokotov, Ivanov, Shishkin, etc.).

There is a monument to Alexander Pushkin in front of the museum - the image of the poet inspires the whole ensemble of Art Square.

This is one of the most appropriate places for rest and entertainment as there are lots of restaurants, clubs, cafes and cinemas in the centre of the city.

As the hotel is located close to the metro station and many sights it is very popular among tourists, business travelers and members of exhibitions and conferences.
