Situated in a quiet courtyard so there is no traffic noise ,on the ground floor so there is no stairs to climb and it is always cool not like on the 2 nd and upwards floors that turn into a sauna when it is warm here . Owned and run by a well traveled open minded Australian, Richard, who has traveled the world many times and lived in St Petersburg for about 7 years now so I can help you with any of your want's and needs or point you in the right direction if need be .I have had about 200 very happy customers stay here at my flat from every country in the world for 2 seasons now when I open my flat for renting to tourist from May to August .Many Families, couples ,single girls and single guy ,and never a bad review .It is a quiet place ,very clean ,cleaned by myself ))where you can get a good night sleep after touring the most amazing city in the world ,you can be visiting new sites and palaces and so on every day here for weeks ,it is amazing how much there is to see here .You will never run out of things to see in St Peters I can guarantee .You can come and go from my flat all night and there are many very late night (open to 4 am and later )café's and bars 3 minutes walk from my flat if you wish to stay up late and socialise .The main bars and clubs are at Dumskaya Ulitsa(street)open to 6 am every night ,you can google http://www.lonelyplanet.com/russia/st-petersburg/entertainment-nightlife/club/dumskaya-ul and see lonely planet review yourself here.It's just 25 minutes walk from here or 5 minutes by bus or metro or tram for 1$ I have a laptop you are welcome to use if needed but you will have to organise this with me and also free WIFI There is buses going to the Main Nevsky Prospect (street)every 10 minutes from here from about 6 in the morning to 12 midnight for 1$ which is just 5 minutes drive on the bus ,or 25 minutes beautiful walk through the main city centre along up my canal.Senia square which is 10 minutes walk from here is maybe the biggest shopping area in the city with 2 shopping complexes the biggest food market in the city and many other shops ,every shop you can think of is there .And the biggest metro station in the city where all but one metro line come to so you can go anywhere in the city from here easily I can organize tourist invitations and visas if necessary I have FREEwifilinentowelsclothes washing and hang dryingLight breakfast - , pasta, yogurt, bread-butter, toast, juice, jam, coffee+tea, biscuits, milk, porridge, cocoa, cereal.Ironhair dryer.Check out time is 11.00 am and check in time in 12 lunchtime .Important:If you have any problems getting to my flat call me ,write me an e mail, sms me immediately I will be waiting for you myself and come and find you if your lost.I will be worrying where you are. |

Buses and metro in Russia are generally $1 Very cheap .My flat is just 10 minutes walk from Senia Square the biggest metro station in the city and one of the biggest shopping centres FROM PUKOVO 1 domestic terminal - Google this for airport information ( http://www.pulkovoairport.ru/eng/transportation/city_bus/ )From where this bus drops you off at Moskovskaya metro you can take a metro train directly to Senia square and it takes about 20 minutes very fast OR the pulkovo terminal 2 bus will come past this metro stop and you can take this bus if you don't like metro's like my last girlfriend)) to Senia Square . From Senia square it's 10 minutes walk only, read more below FROM PULKOVO 2 international terminal google this( http://www.pulkovoairport.ru/eng/transportation/shuttle_bus/) the bus from Pulkovo international termana l2 takes you directly to Senia square along Moskovsky prospect (road) It stops at most of the metro stops along the rout also so if there is a traffic jam you can take the metro for 1$ directly to Senia Square which is very fast ,20 minutes FROM ANYWHERE ELSE it's very simple take a metro or bus to Senia Square and follow directions below FROM SENIA SQUARE you walk down (or get bus 181,49,, Note bus is a full sized bus not a minibus ) Sadovaya st for 10 minutes and turn right (Big park with a small lake on the left behind a big black metal fence) into Rimskogo-Korsakova street and walk down the left side of the road until the SECOND set of traffic lights,my building will be on your left side before you cross the second set of traffic lights (number 8 or 8/18 will read on the street sign on my building) There is an archway for cars and people about 20 meters back from the 2nd corner next to the hairdresser shop you should enter There is a security code 1,3,8, * you should put into the security pad Enter the court yard and you will walk through the this court yard on the left (as there is a garden in the middle ),through another arch way on the left side and there is a second court yard where cars park My flat is on the ground floor with the metal security grills on the windows painted white ,2 flats have painted white window security grills ,mine is the flat furtherest away from the car entrance arch way in this court yard at the back of this court yard,there will be written 73 at the door entrance for my flat number if not you have the wrong entrance , put in 73 on the security pad and the intercom will ring .I can meet you at Senia square and walk with you to my flat just 10 minutes ,just ask if necessary !I can also organise a cheap taxi if needed ,my neighbour is an airport pick up taxi driver with a brand new beautiful big ford car ,VERY comfortable .Just ask !Please CALL me or E MAIL me immediately if you have problems and I will come and find you ,I will be waiting for you !

8/18 Rimskogo-Korsakova flat 73The flat is 5 minutes walk from the famous Mariinsky theater and St Nicolas Cathedral and 2 minutes walk from kanal Griboyedova and 15 minutes walk from the famous Saint Isacc's Cathedral . 25 minutes walk from Nevskiy Prospek I can meet you at Senia square and walk with you 10 minutes to the flat so you don't get lost if you wish or meet you out the front of the building if your in a taxi .
