The STN apartments are situated in the city center around Vosstanya square and on the surrounding street. All the STN properties are within easy walking distance from the major sights of Saint-Petersburg.

STN Apartments is a group of flats of various types & capacity:
- Studio - a small double room with ensuite bathroom (shower/bathtub) and kitchen facilities. The flat is well furnished and equipped with all modern conveniences & electrical appliances. As a rule, this flat sleeps up 2 people and extra bed is not available.
- 1-room apartment - a well furnished and equipped with all modern conveniences flat, consisting of a separate bedroom (double bed) , a sitting room (a fold-out sofa) with adjoining kitchen area and a bathroom (shower/bathtub). As a rule, this flat sleeps up 4 people and extra beds are available.
- 2-room apartment - a well furnished and equipped with all modern conveniences flat, consisting of two separate bedrooms (double beds) , a sitting room (a fold-out sofa) with adjoining kitchen area and a bathroom (shower/bathtub). As a rule, this flat sleeps up 6 people and extra beds are available.

The exact address of the booked accommodation is stated on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
Guests should come to the booking department office on Karavannaya street 7, in order to collect their keys and pay for services (daily from 9 am until 9 pm).
Guests arriving after 9pm should contact the office at least 1 day in advance to arrange check-in, using the information in the confirmation received after booking.
