Stirling Youth Hostel
Stirling Youth Hostel, situated in the Old Town of Stirling, offers 4-star budget accommodation with 92 beds. A range of multi-share and private rooms are available, all en-suite. Facilities include a self-catering kitchen, dining room, two separate common areas and a meeting room for private use. This licensed youth hostel also offers meals to guests.
Our youth hostel is built behind the facade of an historic church next to the Old Town Jail and is an excellent base from which to explore the city. Only 500 metres away from Stirling Castle, and 2 miles away from The Wallace Monument and Bannockburn Visitor Centre, it's a great place to learn about Scottish history. The popular Blair Drummond Safari Park is easily accessible by car, for a fun family day out. The youth hostel is a short 5-10 minute walk into the city centre where you can find excellent shopping, cafes, restaurants, bars and nightlife.
An ancient capital of Scotland, Stirling is steeped in history. It is also an ideal location for visiting Glasgow and Edinburgh.
As a not for profit organisation, we promote visiting Scotland by offering low cost SAFE accommodation to guests. Our organisation spends in excess of a million pounds per year on our youth hostels, ensuring that health & safety and security regulations are complied with.
