From Stockholm Arlanda Airport its 20 minutes by Arlanda Express Train to Stockholm Central Station.
From there you can go with subway (green or blue line) to 'Fridhemsplan'. Stockholm Hostel is about 2 minutes by foot from the north subway entrance.
If you decide to walk from Stockholm Central Station it takes about 15-20 minutes.
Be careful with the taxis at the central station, they can charge you a lot.
A normal ride from the central station to the hostel should cost you 120-180 SEK depending on the traffic.
