A&O Stuttgart City is one of the newest property of A&O, it is located 2 km north of the main train station and is three stops or a seven-minute ride on the U12 (city rail) from the Milchhof station.
Stuttgart city centre with its many attractions, including Schlossplatz, the Staatstheater [state theatre] and the historic Zahnradbahn, a rack railway Stuttgart residents call the Zacke [spike], are just a short walk away.

The Reception is open 24/7, beside the common area, guests can use billiards or table football in the lobby area.
The Bar, with its delicious snacks and refreshing drinks, is also available 24/7.

Walking direction/by Tram:
Take the U12 at Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof (close to Arnulf-Klett-Platz) and 3 stops to Milchhof (which translates to ‘Dairy Farm’) - short distance ticket, EUR 1.20, valid for 3 stops). Then walk a few meters along Rosensteinstraße. In only 7 minutes you are directly in front of our A&O which is located on the right side.

By plane:
From Stuttgart Airport you can go directly to A&O by car or taxi. It’s about a 15km ride taking you 22 minutes. Alternatively, the S2 or S3 towards Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof go directly from the airport (level 1, Terminal 1). The journey takes 27 minutes and costs only EUR 3.70. The S-Bahn operates from 4:55 a.m. to 0:25 a.m. (or 5:25 a.m. on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) going every 10 or 20 minutes (on weekends every 30 minutes). If you are at Stuttgart Central Station, see 'walking directions'.

By car:
From North: Take the A9 and A6 to Heilbronner Straße / B10 / B27 in Stuttgart, take the exit on the B10 B10 / B27. Then follow Heilbronner Straße, take the Ehmann St. and then turn left into Rosensteinstraße. From

East: Take the A8 until exit 52a Stuttgart-Möhringen, follow the B27 until you turn right on Konrad-Adenauer-Straße. Then continue on the B14, turn on Neckar St, then left to Heilmannstraße and continue on Cannstatt St. From there, turn on the Wolfram St, take the first road to the right to switch to Nordbahnhof St and turn slightly right onto Rosensteinstraße. South: Follow the E41 / A81 to Stuttgart. Then continue on the A831 until the exit B14 to B10 / Waiblingen / S-Centre. Remain on the B14 until Konrad-Adenauer-Straße, take the first switch to the left to the Gebhard-Müller-Platz. Then continue driving on Arnulf-Klett-Platz, turn right onto Heilbronner Straße / B27, turn right again on Wolfram Street, then left onto Nordbahnhof St and within a few meters driving on Rosensteinstraße you have reached our A&O.

From West: Follow the A8 up to B27, take the exit 52a Stuttgart-Möhringen. Follow the B27 and continue until Rosensteinstraße.
