It was a dark room in the cellar. We had to put our own bedding on our broken beds. It was an 8 instead of the booked 5 bed room and the (rude) receptionist didn't believe me that. I checked my booking, and i was right! Also there were extra charges of 2,50 Euro per night which we didn't know of and it didn't tell us that on the net. This was def not a memorable stay.
