Hwaseong Guest House, for travellers from all around the world! Suwon city, is famous for Suwon Hwaseong. Which is a beautiful castle surrounding Suwon city, also registered on the UNESCO's World Heritage list. Suwon Hwaseong is built 215 years ago. The girth of the castle is approximately 6 km, that will take 3 hours to walk all around it. Hwaseong Guest House is in the center of the city, adjacent to traffics and convenient facilities. As Hwas대ng Guest House is the first-opened guest house is Suwon, we provide the kitchen, computer (internet, wireless internet), air conditioner for free of charge and a coin laundry room. Only 10 minutes away from the guest house, and Paldal Mountain is there. You might want to be up on that mountain because you will be able to see the palace where King Jung-jo stayed in the Chosun dynasty, and Ji-dong market, which is the oldest traditional market in Suwon, all at one sight. Also, the street where the guest house stands is designated as the Design street, there are variety of restaurants, bakerys and pubs. Hwaseong Fortress was constructed as an act of filial devotion by Jeong-jo, the 22nd king of the Joseon Dynasty (1392~1910), and to strengthen his power, eradicate party conflict, and fortify the southern area of the capital. Construction was started along Mt.Paldalsan in January 1794 and completed in September 1796 under the supervision of Chae Je-gong, a former minister and the magistrate of Yeongjungchubu County. |

*When you arrived at Incheon international Air port.
After arrived at Incheon international Air port-->Move underground Subway 8 or 9Gate-->Take the Incheon Air port Subway-->Get off the Kimpo Air port-->Take the Subway Line 5-->Change of Shingil Station to Suwon Line 1.
Get off at Suwon station. Come out to the exit on your left and go to the bus stop that heads to Paldalmun, get on the bus and 10 minutes, you'll arrive at Paldalmun station.
After getting off the bus, walk about 3 minutes and you'll find the first crosswalk, cross the road, and along the alley there will be a white 4 story building on your left. The second floor of the building is the Hwaseong Guest House.
Subway
Transfer to Line no.1 that runs toward Suwon and get off at Suwon station. (Takes about 1 hour). Come out to the exit on your left and go to the bus stop that heads to Paldalmun, get on the bus and 10 minutes, you'll arrive at Paldalmun station.

After arrived at Incheon international Air port-->7A Gate come out-->B bus stop station-->Take the Air port bus to Suwon-->Get off 'Hotel Castle' (Takes about 1 hour) and then call me I will try to pick up service

Transfer to Line no.2 that runs toward Jamsil, and get off at Jamsil stadium. Come out at exit no.6, get on bus 1007, when you arrive at Haeng-gung station, hop off the bus and you'll see the Haeng-gung(palace) right in front of you. Go to the west side, towards Paldalmun for about 2 minutes and when you find 꼼삐도르 bakery come right in to the alley on the right side and there will be a white 4 story building on your left, the second floor of the building is the Hwaseong Guest House.
