From Sydney Airport take a taxi. Its the cheapest and quickest way. The taxi fare is approx AUD$18. The taxi trip takes about 10 minutes. Give the taxi driver the complete hotel address: 485 King street, Newtown.
(Make sure to say Newtown. Sydney has many King Streets)
For the cheapest taxi fare, ask the driver to go via the Prince's Highway.
The driver may suggest going via the 'expressway'.
That trip costs about twice as much and takes much longer, but of course the taxi driver makes more money.
There is an airport rail service, but its very expensive aud$12 per person to Central, then you have to pay the $3 train fare to Newtown Railway station.
So for even one person, rail costs about the same as the taxi, but it takes about 40 minutes to get here that way compared to 10 minutes in a taxi.
From Central Station, take the train to Newtown (2 stops - 6 minutes trip). At Newtown station, walk up the steps to King St. At the top of the steps, turn to the left and walk 500 metres to the hotel at 485 King St.
A taxi from central to the hotel costs about AUD$15 and the trip takes about 10 minutes.
