This property has specific Terms & Conditions.Check-in: from 11am. On arrival, you are required to pay for the total nights you have booked. We accept payments by cash, credit card, eftpos or Australian dollar travellers' cheques. We have a 48hr cancellation policy. Late cancellations and no-shows shall be charged the full amount of their booking.
Christmas and New Year's Eve bookings:
Sydney is in high demand during Christmas and New Years Eve so we require a minimum stay of 10 nights, so rather than having a hostel full of individuals, after spending a week or more together by New Years Eve we have a hostel full of people who know each other as friends and every one is part of our Jolly family.
Please note that from 23rd December to 2nd January, Christmas and New Years Eve bookings must be pre-paid. You will be charged the balance of your accommodation two weeks prior to arrival. This is non-refundable.

For free airport pickup:
From Sydney International or Domestic Airport, call on arrival. Free airport pickup is available from 5am to 8.30pm. Please note that you must book a minimum of two nights to receive the free pickup. Please check your confirmation email for contact information.
From Central Station:
Take the train from platform 24 to Kings Cross (only seven minutes' journey). From here, take the 'Victoria Street' exit, turn down Victoria Street and walk approximately 50 meters. Turn right onto Orwell Street and you'll see our big bright yellow building (see picture) on the right.

We're just five minutes' walk from the Royal Botanical Gardens and only a minute from the metro and bus stops. We're near supermarkets, bars and nightclubs, art galleries and museums withf ree entry, the Pitt Street Mall and shops, busy Chinatown and dazzling Darling Harbour! Plus it's only 15 minutes to the famous Bondi Beach, and you can catch a ferry to Manly and Zoo from nearby. It's all on your doorstep when you stay with us.
