Cancellation PolicyThis property has a 1 day cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.

Reception hours are 8am – 9pm. Contact us to organise check-ins outside of these hours.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy - all cancellations must be made via email. All no-shows will be charged for the first night as per our cancellation policy.
A valid credit card and ID must be presented on check-in.
While we make the greatest effort to place all guests of a single booking into the same room, this is not always possible. To avoid having a group split up, book well in advance.
We have a strict no-refund policy. Payment made towards all bookings can only be obtained in the form of booking credit for any nights cancelled.
All children must be accompanied by adults.
Free airport pick up: must stay minimum 3 nights. Not available for groups of 5 or more.
There is a 1% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card.
No check-in or check-out available on 25/12/16, 26/12/16, 31/12/16, 01/01/17. All bookings for the period 24/12/16 - 02/01/17 will be charged in full on 1st December 2016. Declined payment may result in cancellation of the booking. Payments made for bookings during this period are non-refundable and non-transferrable. A 1% credit card surcharge applies.

From Central Station:
Take the Devonshire Street exit from the station, go up the stairs and turn right into Chalmers Street. Walk south down Chalmers Street (the park should be on your right). Take the first right into Cleveland Street and we are 100 metres down Cleveland Street on the left. (5 minutes)
From the airport:
-Airport shuttle bus: Free for guests staying 3 nights or more (see details below). Otherwise you will need to pay a fee of $15-$22 (depending on which bus you get) and they will bring you straight to our front door.
-Taxi: $20-25 from Domestic Airport, $25-30 from International Airport (tell the driver to take the O'Riordan St route as this is the quickest)
-Train: 10 minute train to Central Station and then follow the walking instructions above.
Free airport pick up: Must be staying 3 nights or more. Not applicable to groups of 5 or more guests. Call or email us in advance and we will give you instructions on what to do, or you can also free call us on 1800 218 556 from a pay phone if you’re at the airport.
Our location is ideal for exploring Sydney; only 5 minutes’ walk from Central Station! Our local neighbourhood Surry Hills is full of fantastic cafes, restaurants, bars, pubs and shops.
We are close to the famous Opera House and Harbour Bridge, Botanical Gardens, Darling Harbour, Aquarium, Wildlife Sydney, Fox Studios and the Entertainment Quarter, Chinatown, University of Sydney, UTS, Oxford Street and much more. Just an easy bus or train ride to Bondi beach from Central Station!
