Groundnut Dulan Backpacker Hostel is in the Dulan village near Taitung City. Near the Dulan Mountain, Water Running Up, Sintung (Dulan) Sugar Factory Culture Park, Dulan Site and the Moon Light Inn, it's also a famous spot for surfing. We have two bedrooms, bunk beds with comfortable mattresses, kitchen with one refrigerator and coffee machines, two bathrooms and living room with TV, DVD player and lots of books. We offer free Wi-Fi, but the washing machine and tours needs additional charge. For regeneration, recycling, retro, and ''green'', the furniture, refrigerator, TV and some books in our hostel are second-handed. Some furniture are fixed with driftwood and lights, shelves, tables, mailbox, lockers are all handmade by ourselves. There are also lots of plants in the front yard. We hope that all the works in our hostel can let you feel the green and exquisite atmosphere. Dulan is a natural gift with great view of mountain and sea. It's really good and special to explore the nature by yourselves. With the relaxing wind, you can enjoy Dulan even in summer time. It's convenient here that there are one 7-11 and some restaurants on the Provincial Highway 11. In the Sugar Factory, it's just like getting in an art paradise with lots artists creating works, some casual cultural and artistic activities and live show in Dulan cafe on Saturday. This property has specific Terms & Conditions.In case of the Chinese New Year holidays, spring break, New Year's Eve in booking remit full payment within 3 days can only retain Reservation, remittances if not completed will not be able to refund or to keep a room weekdays from Sunday to Thursday, 500 yuan per bed holidays and national holidays, 600 yuan per bed during the Chinese Lunar New Year, 800 yuan per bed .

From Taitung Airport or Taitung Railway Station:
1.Taking Taxi: to Dulan Sugar Factory, costing about 600~700 NT dollars
2.Taking Bus: Diingdong (鼎東) bus coast line, to Dulan Sugar Factory
3.Driving: heading on the Provincial Highway 11 north to Dulan village (147K)
When you arrive at the gate of Dulan Sugar Factory, we will take you to our hostel.

Groundnut Dulan Backpacker Hostel is located in Dulan village, Donghe Township. It takes about 10 minutes on foot from our hostel to Dulan bus stop. Near the Dulan Mountain, Water Running Up, Dulan Site and beaches, Dulan is a good place for hiking, natural exploration, sight-viewing and surfing. Located in Dulan Sugar Factory, the Dulan cafe is famous for the live show on Saturday night. There are a cafe and a casual gallery in the Moon Light Inn, and best of all, you can get a great view there.
