The apartment Great Accommodation lies on the 4th floor of an 7-storey block of flats built in 2006. There is a lift in the house. Our welcoming apartment consists of a living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, shower room+WC. Access to 55m2 balcony from all rooms, a good place to enjoy the sunset or have a breakfast! altogether there are 3 beds: a double big bed and the sofa bed. Other services are: -TV -Music centre -DVD player -Washing machine -Free Wi-Fi Parking next to the house (2 chargeable parking lots, charge for parking is 2 - 3 euro per 24h). Please note: Cancellation Policy:3 days advance notice. Only cash payment accepted on arrival. Check-in from 16:00 to 22:00. There is no reception, so please provide us with your arrival time or call us in advance. Check-out: 12:00. Breakfast is not included. Taxes are included. My property is suitable for famylies with children and there is not any age restriction. There is a cleaning fee (deposit) 50€, which is refundable upon departure, if the apartment is in the same condition as at the time of your arrival. |
