Arrival directions (day time about 6:00-22:00)
From Ben Gurion airport :
take train to Hagana Train Station and walk west 2 minutes to Central Bus Station,
from Central Bus Station take Line 41- on the "7th" floor, "Dan terminal". (frequency - every 20 minutes).
after about 10-15 minutes get off on #32 Sderot Yerushalaim blvd (The stop's name is Sderot Yerushalaim/Ben Tzvi/Alhambra), walk down the street for 50 more meters untill the intersection, cross the street left and continue walking past the fountain east about 5 minutes on Derech Ben Tzvi, along the bicycle lane, cross the intersection with Shlavim St, and walk 50 meters more on the gravel road untill you get to #47- The Overstay.
If you come walking from Sderot Yerushalaim Blvd, we will be on the left side of the road after the Volkswagen mechanic, under the SEAT sign.
- Walking from Central bus station (25-35 minutes/2.5 k)- walk west along Shalma/Salame road or Levinski st (depends on which side of the station you come out of), then left on Herzel street (after 10mintues), right on Derech Ben Tzvi (10 more minutes) until you pass a sculpture garden and an Ottoman Tomb, we are 30 meters after it on the right hand side.
A Taxi from central bus station or Hagana Railway station should cost around 35NIS, and its a 5 minutes ride.
Arriving at night :
- Take the train to Savidor Central train station, and from there a taxi to the hostel (about 50 NIS), or just a taxi straight from the airport (about 140-150 NIS)
Arriving on Firday evening/ Shabbat daytime
- The only option is a taxi straight from the airport.
Located among car workshops, Overstay resides in an Ex-Textile factory, this location allows us to PARTY.
Its 10 minutes walk from the Liberal Jaffa Beach, The Flea Market with its bars and cafe's, Hipster Florentine neighborhood packed with Bars and Clubs, the still active Jaffa Port and of course picturesque Old Jaffa.
