• Childeren aboven 12 years but under 18 years is allowed to stay in a shared room, but only in company of an adult
• Children under 18 years are allowed in company of an adult.
If a reservation is made for one or more individuals, the following applies with respect to the cancellation of said reservation:
-If the cancellation is made before 3pm on the day before arrival, the guest is not obliged to pay anything to Stayokay.
-For cancellation after 3pm on the day before arrival, the guest will be required to pay Stayokay 100% of the reservation price.

Travel by train to Den Haag HS (Holland Spoor) station. Just a five-minute walk from this station you will find the hostel. Walk towards Rijswijkseplein. Stayokay Den Haag is located behind the big high-rise flat building and is recognisable by the 'Stayokay' neon letters on the front.
From Den Haag CS (Central Station) station you take tram 1, 9, 12,16 or 17. Get off at the Rijswijkseplein stop. See the previous section for further information.
