CITAN is a seven-story hostel with its basement floor, located in Nihon-bashi area that has seen many journeys along the Five Routes “Gokaido” since Edo era. Even in these modern days, it still offers you a great access to the multiple lines, necessary to fully enjoy the metropolitan life as well as the good old Shitamachi area in Tokyo. Our hostel has its original coffee shop, Berth Coffee on the first floor, and the bar and dining restaurant on the basement floor. Your journey will be promised with a lot of great people from all over the world as well as our fine drinks and food made with the warmest heart of our staff. |

Cancellation Policy
This property has a 2 day cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.Must-Read Hostel Info
This property has specific Terms & Conditions.#1. We do not accept any early check-ins or any late check-ins.
#2. The reception is open from 8am to 11pm.
#3. The payment needs to be done in Japanese Yen or VISA/Master Card
credit card.
#4. The cancellation policy:
（1）2 days before the check-in date : 30% of the total room charge
（2）1 day before the check-in date : 50% of the total room charge
（3）On the check-in day : 100% of the total room charge
(4) No Show : 100% of the total room charge
#5. We cannot accommodate a child under 6 years old.
#6. No smoking inside the builiding. Smoking inside may claim damages according to the degree of the loss to our property.
#7. Pets are not allowed.
#8. If you are a group of more than 6 people to stay in a dormitory room type, we may split a group into two in different rooms.
#9. Any change of your reservation needs to be done on a guest’s own Hostelworld account. Please cancel your reservation and book yourself again for the desired dates, room type, etc.
