We are a friendly budget hostel opened in 2006. We have hosted backpackers from all over the world in an old Japanese house that was remodeled into a small homely hostel, and we have just moved to a newly renovated four story concrete building near JR Kawagushi Sta.. The building is strong against earthquakes. The all guestrooms are new and clean. There are free shower rooms on all floors.

We welcome both short-term and long-term guests, and we have special discount for long-term guests. We promise a secure, comfortable and clean environment for our guests. Our goal is to make Tokyo accessible to everyone - even those on a very tight budget.

Our motto is ”Smile, Appreciation and Trust”. We hope that all of our guests have a safe and fun time here in Tokyo. We are fortunate enough to have many frequent guests. We provide a great environment to meet people and make new friends.

From Narita International Airport:
We recommend the Keisei Limited Express train as it is half the price of other services. Also, there is not too much time difference regarding your arrival at Tokyo. Please purchase the 1025-yen ticket at the airport and take the limited express train to Nippori Sta. This should take about 51 min, but please note that the last train to leave Narita is at 22:41 p.m. Next, transfer at Nippori Sta. to the JR Keihin Tohoku line towards Omiya. Purchase the ticket for 216-yen to go to the JR Kawaguchi Sta.

From central Tokyo:
It is also 216 yen from the JR Ueno, Shinjuku, and Ikebukuro stations on the JR lines. From Ikebukuro and Shinjuku stations, please take the JR Saikyo line to JR Akabane Sta and transfer there to the JR Keihin Tohoku line for JR Kawaguchi Sta. From JR Ueno Sta, Keihin Tohoku line will take you directly to the JR Kawaguchi Sta. This is the cheapest transportation from central Tokyo.

From Haneda International Airport:
Please take the bus or monorail to get to JR Shimbashi Sta. Transfer to the JR Keihin Tohoku line to Kawaguchi Sta.

From Kawaguchi Station,
You can take a taxi to the hotel, which takes 3 min and cost 750 yen, or walk 9 min from the station.
Get out the west exit of Kawaguchi Sta, and walk alone the rail road, with the tracks on your right side, passing a cake factory, a post office, and turn left at a public bath called “Kirakuyu”. Walk another 30m, and you will see the hotel on the right side of the street. It is a green four-story building.

Located Near

We are only 7.65 miles away from central Tokyo. It takes only 20 min by train to Shinjuku and 20 min to Akihabara. The train fare is 216yen to either the west side or the east side of downtown Tokyo. We are only 1 miles away from Akabane, a town in Tokyo full of fun and affordable night life. At Akabane Sta, one can purchase a one day train pass for JR line to tour around Tokyo.
