Kaisu is a hidden treasure in Akasaka. Originally a ryotei or traditional Japanese restaurant with performing geishas, the former Shimazaki Restaurant has been converted into a hostel with a café and bar. A ryotel. Located right in the heart of Tokyo, Kaisu is a 15-minute train ride from anywhere. Within walking distance are popular destinations like Roppongi, Aoyama, the National Art Center and Tokyo Midtown. We love to explore, feeling immersion in the cities we travel to and believe you do, too. We'll help you navigate through bustling Tokyo, directing you to the best restaurants, art exhibitions, and happenings in town. At Kaisu, we collaborate with people from all different backgrounds in the city. We hope our network of friends will become your network of friends. It would be great for you to be a part of our community. Please note that check-in hour is strictly at 22 pm. should your arrival time is after the hour, please contact Kai before your arrival. You cannot walk into the building since the front deck will be closed. Cancellation Policy: 2 days before -- no fee 1 day prior to arrival -- 50% of charge for the first night’s stay to the card provided. No-shows or cancellations -- 100% of charge for the first night’s stay to the card provided. |

CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
