Cancellation Policy

This property has specific Terms & Conditions.*Business Hours: 08:00 - 21:00. Check-in: 15:00 - 21:00. Check-out: 08:00 - 11:00.
*Arrangements can be made for early check-out and late check-in. Informing us in advance is preferable.
*We adhere to the check-in times in order to accommodate our housekeeping service from 11:00 - 15:00.
*Free Luggage Storage: 08:00 - 20:00. We have a 24hr cancellation policy.
*Cancellations made less than 1 day before the accommodation date shall be charged for 50% of their total booking.
*Cancellations made on the scheduled day of arrival shall be charged for 100% of their total booking.
*Based on our reception business hour, 08:00 ~ 21:00 in Japan Standard Time. If we could not confirm your arrival by 24:00 (midnight), we consider the guest as a no-show and we will cancel the booking.
*NO SHOW If we could not confirm your arrival by 1:00 at night, we consider the guest as NO SHOW CASE and we cancel the booking. Please note that we charge 100% for the first 2 nights and 50% for the third night in that case.
*GROUP BOOKING (OVER 8 PEOPLE) Room fare for first 2 nights will be charged right after group booking is confirmed. That is non-refundable or non-replaceable in any event of Cancellation / Booking Arrangement / No Show / Reduction in Numbers of Guests.
*The 12% deposit for any booking is non-refundable and non-replaceable in case of cancellation and booking arrangement.
*Our contact information will be in your booking confirmation email.
*Payment is due upon arrival by cash only please. We only accept Japanese Yen.
*We do not accept credit or debit cards so please make sure to have Yen cash before getting here. We do not permit guests under the age of 10. We are backpackers' hostel and all our facilities are a shared basis. All the beds in our hostel are bunk beds. We accept a maximum of eight people in a group.

From Asakusa station
[From Metro Ginza Line exit No.1]
1. Please take exit No.1 from Asakusa Station and turn right for approximately 1 minutes.
2. Turn left at the 6th corner, where you will find a shopping street and red gate on your left side.
(Shopping street is called "Nakamise street, Red gate is the gate of Dempoin street)
3. Turn right at the 1st corner and go straight the narrow street where before shopping street.
Continue straight for approximately 3 minutes. You will pass a left side of Sensoji temple at the time.
Cross at the cross walk towards Khoaosan Tokyo Origami's sign.

We are located in 3 minute walk from 'Kaminari-mon Gate' and 'Nakamise' shopping street which are in the center of Asakusa area.
