Not only staff, but also guests pour their effort and feeling into the guesthouse, and most of the facilities including furnature are original and hand made! Transportation is very convenient since both the train and metro of JR Nakano Station are only 5 minutes away by foot. From JR Nakano Station even Shinjuku is only 5min. away! *We charge a key deposit of 2000 yen for each key, that it's refundable when you check-out.
*Group Booking: If the group have more than 5 people, according to our policy, we ask for a deposit of 30%.
*Children: -with less than 3 years old can only stay in the private rooms, free of charge if they sleep in the same bed with their parents.
-with more than 4 years old, can only stay in the private rooms for 700 yen/night if they sleep in the same bed with their parents. If they need their own bed, they have to pay the normal price.
-after 10 years old, can stay in the dorm with an adult, paying the normal price.
*No Show/ Cancellation Policy:
- No show: the booking should be paid in it's entirety.
- Cancel on the day of check-in: FULL price of 1 night stay + HALF price of the 2nd night of stay,
- Cancel one day before check-in: HALF price of 1 night stay,
- Cancel up to 2 days before check-in: NO charge.
(The time that the cancellation was made is based on Tokyo Local Time).

From Nakano station to YADOYA Guesthouse for Backpackers
Please check the map which is placed in the photos at first,we recommend guests to print the map and bring it with them.
-Take south exit of Nakano station.
-You will find the pedestrian crossing big street on your right side.
-Walk along with this crossing. You will find “Fujiya” cake shop at the entrance of arcade.
-Please keep walking along with this arcade, passing McDonald’s on the way.
-Keep walking along this arcade straight for another 3 blocks.
-When you get to the end of arcade, there is an intersection call “Nakano-Gosaro”. DO NOT across the street, then turn left.
-When you turn left, you will see the Post office on your left.
-Please keep walking on straight passing this post office.
-On your left, there is a small parking a lot and you will see 7-eleven on your right.
-YADOYA Guesthouse office is right across the street from 7-eleven.
